Job Summary
Embed with enterprise customers to translate briefs into end-to-end video workflows using Firefly Services and our node-based workflow builder; own the video side of engagements from cutdowns and dynamic graphics to dubbing and lip-sync, build and ship working video pipelines and reusable templates, train customer teams, and demonstrate ROI through time-to-activation, cost-per-variant, and campaign velocity; must balance creative output with robust technical artifacts, ship against deadlines, and collaborate with editors, colorists, and IT leadership across Frame.io, MAM, Premiere Pro, and Frame.io ecosystems; travel 10–20% and show a public portfolio of shipped work and artifacts.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years in video production and technical development
- shipped video creative work
- shipped technical artifacts
- deep video production-pipeline fluency
- After Effects + Premiere Pro + MOGRT authoring (templates, scripts, DGR pipelines)
- ability to read .aep and .mogrt files
- experience with Frame.io, MAM, Premiere Pro panels (CEP/UXP)
- Adobe Firefly Services and Workflow Builder fluency or rapid ramp on new API surface
- public portfolio (link or PDF) showing work across creative and technical artifacts
- extreme ownership and customer-ROI focus
- willingness to travel 10–20%
- strong communication with CMOs, creative directors, post-production leads
- understanding of brand systems and design tokens
