Job Summary
Map bank workflows to identify high-value insertion points for 9fin's AI capabilities, then build and iterate these solutions using in-platform tools, MCP integrations, and agents. Drive adoption by onboarding user cohorts, enabling power users, and monitoring active usage to prevent churn. Feed structured intelligence from deployments to product and engineering teams for roadmap prioritization while generating case studies and competitive data for GTM. Spot expansion opportunities within served accounts and hand them to Account Management. Work closely with LevFin bankers, direct lending desks, and CLO structurers to translate domain expertise into actionable product insights.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of practitioner experience at a bank
- Fluency across end-to-end workflows in your area
- LevFin Origination experience (Leveraged finance origination, syndication, or capital markets execution at a bulge bracket IB or boutique advisory)
- Direct Lending experience (Bank direct lending or private credit desk experience covering underwriting, portfolio monitoring, or origination)
- CLO Structuring experience (Bank CLO arranging, warehousing, or structuring desk experience)
- Bank corporate or transformation functions experience (Chief Data Office, Digital Transformation, Innovation, or AI Strategy roles where you have led or contributed to AI and workflow transformation projects specifically in leveraged finance, direct lending, or CLO structuring)
- Demonstrably interested in technology applied to your domain
- Familiar with and hands-on with modern domain tooling (Rogo, Hebbia, AlphaSense, or comparable AI-native platforms)
- Comfortable operating inside confidential deal environments
- A strong communicator across styles and audiences
- Highly collaborative across a broad internal network
- Outcome-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Participation in an internal AI, data, or digital transformation working group (DIB, CDO office, or equivalent)
- External vendor champion or evaluation lead for domain tech
- Experience having already moved to a technology company focused on banking or credit markets
- Direct user experience of Rogo, Hebbia, AlphaSense, or comparable AI-native platforms in your workflow
