Forward-Deployed AI Product Manager

Job Summary
Own end-to-end implementation of the platform for complex enterprise accounts, from onboarding through live deployment, including on-site client visits and global travel. Lead independent enterprise engagements by configuring GAP and Navigator products, building implementation plans, running UAT, and handling support queries. Drive product development projects from client requirements to shipped output while designing AI evaluation frameworks, engineering prompts, and tracking analytics on live production data. Build internal agentic AI workflows to automate manual processes and set direction for internal tooling complexity. Gather first-hand insight from benefits administrators and employees at global enterprises to shape future product direction. Work closely with the Chief Product Officer, Co-founders, engineers, and Product Associates to bridge customer needs with shipped features.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional academic track record from a top Russell Group university
- Strong A-levels
- STEM degree
- 2+ years of experience in a product, technical, or technology role
- Client-facing experience in a technical capacity
- Prior entrepreneurial experience
- Evidence of reaching the top of something demanding (elite or competitive sport, music, gaming, unusually fast promotion, or national or international academic awards)
- Voracious appetite for knowledge
- Genuine, intense interest in AI
- Fluency in AI tooling (Claude Code/Cowork, Cursor, Codex etc)
- Ability to share latest AI projects and explain how to stay on the cutting edge
- GitHub competence
- CI/CD competence
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, feedback-rich environments
- Willingness to take work seriously but not yourself
- Proactive, playful, and deeply curious mindset
- Desire to build something that matters
- Willingness to 'do what it takes'
- Ability to sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and client delivery

Desired Qualifications

- GitHub and CI/CD competence (nice-to-have)
- Experience with cutting-edge tools like Claude Code, Cowork, Cursor, and custom MCP integrations
- Experience with AI tooling that drives product innovation
