Job Summary
Build end-to-end GenAI tools and deploy them into production to solve real-world problems across aviation, logistics, fulfillment, and maintenance teams. Partner with operators, engineers, and business leaders to define technical approaches, implement solutions that improve daily operations, and translate field learnings into broader AI tooling and best practices. Own delivery of high-impact projects from problem discovery to shipped product while traveling up to 50% of the time to South San Francisco HQ or field sites.
Required Qualifications
- past experience building GenAI solutions
- strong understanding of the AI landscape
- solid foundation in machine learning basics such as evaluation, training concepts, and problem decomposition
- proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, C++, or similar languages
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time either to our HQ or into the Field
Desired Qualifications
- Ability and interest in traveling to Zipline sites as needed is helpful up to 50% depending on the organization you'll be deployed into
