Job Summary
Translate client specs into practical AI solutions by uncovering hidden business needs and determining architectural choices within messy, legacy environments. Construct tailor-made workflows and agents on top of Multi-Agent Systems to drive successful adoption and measurable value. Serve as the authoritative technical contact from day one, establishing direct trust with client engineers and leadership while leveraging agentic coding tools. Share real-world deployment insights with the team to refine platform features and mentor peers on-site. Work side-by-side with energy and climate scale-ups to ship production-grade systems, not prototypes, while adapting to strict security and compliance constraints.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of production experience shipping ML/AI systems, not just prototypes, but things that ran with real data and real users
- A builder's instinct for messy environments
- Comfort working with legacy systems and integrations that weren't designed with AI in mind and understanding of security and compliance constraints
- Strong communication across technical and business lines
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph or similar), or client-facing technical roles
- You've used agentic coding tools (Claude, GPT, or similar) to accelerate your own delivery
