Job Summary
Deploy Agentic systems into production at major enterprises by translating operational challenges into technical designs and implementing integrations with customer systems, data sources, and APIs. Own end-to-end delivery including reliability, performance, and continuous improvement while conducting workshops with client teams to measure outcomes and iterate quickly. Write production-quality code for logic and workflows, collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform, and contribute to tools and documentation that support scaling. Work directly with customers to define success criteria and guide them on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of professional software engineering experience
- Solid technical background as a backend engineer, full-stack engineer, or a profile close to solutions architect
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Experience leading architecture decisions
- Ability to approach software engineering as a generalist
- Experience integrating platforms into customer environments using APIs
- Experience integrating platforms into customer environments using cloud infrastructure
- Experience integrating platforms into customer environments using MCP
- Experience integrating platforms into customer environments using production data flows
- Clear communication skills
- Strong ownership mindset
- Familiarity with AI / LLMs
- Genuine interest in building AI-powered systems that work in practice
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in forward deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing roles
- Exposure to AI agents, automation, or conversational systems
- Experience being part of a fast-growing startup and enjoying that pace
