Job Summary
Collaborate directly with customers to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise while translating complex business challenges into actionable technical plans. Own the vision for AI operations implementation by designing and building LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and custom data pipelines. Rapidly prototype AI solutions to demonstrate possibilities to clients before engineering production-grade AI systems with deep knowledge of AI tooling and architecture. Manage stakeholder alignment and proactively escalate issues to ensure successful deployment of advanced AI solutions in operational environments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in AI/ML deployment and system engineering
- Strong proficiency in AI frameworks
- Expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agents
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
