Job Summary
Supervise full P&L and daily operations of a single fast-casual location while recruiting weekly, onboarding hires, and building a leadership bench of five Shift Leaders. Coach team members through feedback and cross-training, model guest-centric service, and drive year-over-year sales and guest count increases. Control labor and food costs to budget, analyze sales reports to hit P&L targets, and optimize staffing for peak traffic. Execute in-store promotions, enforce safety and cleanliness protocols, manage inventory, and respond to Operations leadership correspondence. Work thirty-five to forty hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of restaurant leadership experience, including P&L responsibility
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in labor reporting, cost controls, and administrative systems
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber teams
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Basic PC skills (email, reporting, scheduling software); willingness to learn proprietary systems
- Food Safety Certification/Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for six + hours per day, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work thirty-five to forty hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
