Deliver differentiated academic instruction and manage a classroom climate that maximizes student growth across intellectual, emotional, physical, and social domains. Design standards-based lesson plans, create authentic assessments, and provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one tutoring while monitoring student behavior per the Student Code of Conduct. Collaborate extensively with support teachers, ESL, SpEd, and RTI specialists to serve at-risk students, maintain accurate documentation of grades and progress, and communicate with parents and stakeholders. Maintain on-site regular attendance and participate in staff development activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Highly Qualified status, and valid Texas teacher certification with ESL certification. Salary is $62,000 plus commensurate experience for the 26-27 school year.
