Deliver differentiated academic instruction and manage a classroom climate that maximizes student potential across intellectual, emotional, physical, and social domains. Design standards-based lesson plans, implement district curriculum, and provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one tutoring as needed. Monitor student behavior, collaborate with support staff for at-risk learners, and maintain accurate documentation of grades, progress, and interventions. Participate in staff development, extracurricular activities, and campus committees while ensuring compliance with all district policies. On-site regular attendance is required for this Highly Qualified position.
