Job Summary
Pre-K3 self-contained classroom teacher in Fort Worth, TX. Develops and delivers standards-based instruction aligned with district policy; differentiates instruction by student knowledge, learning style, and needs; plans engaging lessons and uses district curriculum. Maintains a conducive learning environment, enforces classroom rules, and collaborates with ESL, SpEd, TAG, and RTI teams to support at-risk or special-needs students. Performs data-based monitoring of student progress, provides feedback on assignments, communicates with stakeholders, and participates in staff development and school activities. Requires strong written and oral communication, ability to use Microsoft Office for administrative tasks, and classroom management skills. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree and Texas teaching certification with ESL certification; Highly Qualified status is required. Salary around $62,000 plus commensurate experience for 26-27 SY; full-time role with on-site duties.
