Develop and deliver differentiated academic instruction while maintaining a classroom environment that maximizes student growth in intellectual, emotional, physical, and social areas. Design standards-based lesson plans, create authentic assessments, and provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one tutoring as needed. Manage student behavior, collaborate with support staff for at-risk or special needs students, and monitor progress through data-based documentation. Maintain accurate records of grades and behavior, communicate with stakeholders, and participate in staff development and extracurricular activities. Requires on-site regular attendance and adherence to district policies.
