Deliver differentiated academic instruction and manage a classroom environment that supports student intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Design and submit standards-based lesson plans, implement district curriculum, and provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one tutoring as needed. Monitor student behavior, collaborate with support teachers and aides for at-risk and special needs students, and maintain accurate documentation of grades, behavior, and student progress. Create authentic assessments, provide timely feedback on assignments, and participate in staff development and extracurricular activities. Maintain on-site regular attendance and comply with all district policies and the Student Code of Conduct.
