Fort Worth: Instructional Aide

Plan and prepare instructional activities, materials, learning centers, and assessments while providing whole group, small group, and one-to-one instruction in inclusion and pullout settings. Conduct guided reading sessions, administer progress monitoring assessments, and maintain student data alongside tracking forms and informational reports. Manage student behavior in accordance with campus procedures and monitor students during drop-off and pick-up as assigned. Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize learning and maintain confidentiality of student information. Provide effective classroom instruction and follow lesson plans in the absence of the classroom teacher. Maintain on-site regular attendance and participate in staff development activities to improve job-related skills.
