Develop and deliver differentiated academic instruction while maintaining a classroom environment conducive to student growth. Design standards-based lesson plans, assessments, and learning centers, then provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one tutoring as needed. Manage student behavior, collaborate with support teachers and faculty, and monitor student performance through data-based documentation. Maintain accurate records of grades and behavior, communicate with stakeholders, and participate in staff development and extracurricular activities. Ensure compliance with district policies and maintain confidentiality of student information.
