Fort Worth: 8th RLA Teacher

Develop and deliver differentiated academic instruction using research-based strategies to maximize student potential across intellectual, emotional, physical, and social domains. Design standards-based lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials while managing whole group, small group, and one-on-one tutoring sessions. Maintain a conducive classroom environment, enforce behavioral protocols, and collaborate extensively with support teachers and special education staff to serve at-risk students. Monitor student performance through data-driven documentation, communicate progress to stakeholders, and participate in staff development and extracurricular activities. Requires on-site regular attendance, valid Texas teacher certification with ESL credentials, and a Bachelor's degree.
