Fort Worth: 8th RLA Teacher

Deliver differentiated academic instruction and manage a classroom environment that maximizes student growth across intellectual, emotional, physical, and social domains. Design standards-based lesson plans, create authentic assessments, and provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one tutoring as needed. Monitor student behavior, collaborate with support staff for at-risk and special needs students, and maintain accurate documentation of grades, behavior, and progress. Ensure compliance with district policies, participate in staff development, and communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders. Maintain on-site regular attendance and monitor students during drop-off and pick-up.
