Deliver differentiated academic instruction and manage a classroom climate that maximizes student potential across intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Design and submit standards-based lesson plans, implement district curriculum, and create authentic assessments to monitor student mastery. Provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one tutoring while collaborating extensively with support teachers and faculty to serve at-risk and special needs students. Maintain accurate documentation of student grades, behavior, and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all district policies. Participate in staff development, extracurricular activities, and campus committees to foster a positive school community.
