Deliver differentiated academic instruction and manage a classroom climate that maximizes student growth across intellectual, emotional, physical, and social domains. Design and submit standards-based lesson plans, implement district curriculum, and provide whole group, small group, and one-to-one tutoring as needed. Monitor student behavior, collaborate extensively with support staff for special needs students, and maintain accurate documentation of grades, behavior, and student progress. Create authentic assessments, provide timely feedback, and participate in staff development and extracurricular activities. Maintain on-site regular attendance and comply with all district policies and the Student Code of Conduct.
