Job Summary
Drive & Shine is looking for full-time team members for carwash, oil change, and interior cleaning services. Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service, maintaining effective communication with customers, explaining services offered, and performing physical tasks in various weather conditions. Candidates must demonstrate a professional demeanor, possess good endurance, and be able to pass a drug screening. The position offers starting pay of $18 per hour with opportunities for pay increases every 3 months, along with benefits like paid time off, medical insurance, 401K, and free car washes.
