Formwork Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead on-site supervision of civil and FRP activities including formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, earthworks, and structural works. Plan work activities, identify hazards and controls in consultation with employees, liaise with client representatives regarding technical queries, inspections and project scheduling, oversee subcontractors' work, execute the construction portion of project plans through detailed planning and day-to-day direction of field activities, conduct and record site inspections and risk assessments (including Hazard ID, risk analysis and control), and communicate/report on HSE issues/incidents with involvement in issue resolution. Requires WA Statutory Supervisor S26 qualification and a minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in civil construction; strong FRP capability; previous experience on BHP sites is highly regarded; excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate multiple crews.
