Job Summary
Conceptualize and design various Conventional Formwork systems tailored to specific building construction project requirements. Perform rigorous hands-on dead load, live load, and concrete pressure calculations to ensure structural stability and safety during concrete pours. Review, verify, and check Aluminium Formwork (Mivan/modular systems) layouts, shell plans, and components supplied by vendors or internal teams. Utilize AutoCAD to generate highly accurate, detailed structural drawings, staging plans, section details, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Coordinate closely with site execution teams and project managers to troubleshoot on-site layout issues, ensuring seamless alignment between drawings and actual site execution. Requires 3 to 10 years of experience in design engineering within building construction projects, with a B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 10 years of solid experience in design engineering within building construction projects
- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proven hands-on experience in Load Calculations for scaffolding and formwork
- Experience with checking and verifying Aluminium Formwork systems
- B.E. / B.Tech or M.E. / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
Desired Qualifications
- experience in High-rise residential/commercial towers
- Familiarity with other structural analysis software
