Job Summary
Lead development of skincare products from concept to launch by formulating, testing stability and compatibility, and optimizing performance. Maintain regulatory compliance and rigorous documentation; mentor junior formulators; collaborate with marketing and production to translate science into market-ready products. Demonstrate expertise in selecting and validating raw materials, ensuring alignment with clean beauty standards, and driving scale-up from lab to manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience formulating skincare or personal care products
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic chemistry, formulation techniques, and raw material functionality
