Job Summary
As a Formulator at Neogen, you will manufacture products according to approved formulas, maintain accurate batch records, and operate material handling equipment. Responsibilities include assisting with warehouse organization and inventory control, cleaning manufacturing equipment, and performing maintenance checks. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and demonstrate stamina for 12-hour shifts. Preference is given to those with experience in food or feed manufacturing and equipment operation.
Required Qualifications
- Stamina to work 12-hour shifts 3.5 days per week and overtime as needed on Thursdays and/or Fridays
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must communicate effectively with others by speaking, reading, and understanding written English and the ability to write legibly in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a food or feed manufacturing facility for a minimum of six months
- Experience with blending or packaging equipment
