Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of batch production, measurements, and adjustments
- Collaborate with quality control and R&D teams
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and setup
