Formulation Process Development Engineer

Job Summary
Design and conduct research activities to enable the successful launch of crop protection formulated products by planning trials for scale-up feasibility and using Design of Experiments to understand key process variables affecting product performance, quality, stability, and manufacturability. Implement practical solutions to formulation manufacturing challenges by coordinating cross-functional samples for reactive chemistry, packaging compatibility, and application studies, while documenting process parameters in technical reports. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support process demonstration trials, provide manufacturing plant assistance, and produce field trial, regulatory, and experimental samples at pilot scale. This role requires a BS, MS, or PhD in chemical engineering, chemistry, or related fields with 4-6 years of industrial or R&D experience, and involves up to 10% travel.
