Job Summary
Assist in set-up operations and upkeep of production lines while preparing and maintaining production reports. Train new Team Members and communicate objectives between management and hourly staff. Close out process orders, conduct inventory for accuracy, and coordinate Team Member schedules to meet department needs. Report safety and policy violations for corrective measures, assist in maintaining product flow during downtime, and communicate maintenance requirements. Provide relief breaks as needed and comply with all company and USDA guidelines. This role involves functional supervision without direct authority, requiring basic computer skills and root cause problem-solving techniques. B Shift hours apply with no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years' experience in food manufacturing
- Must reside in the United States to be considered
- Basic computer skills
- experience with excel
- experience with SAP

- experience with word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
