Job Summary
Assist in production line setup and upkeep, prepare and maintain production reports, and close out process orders while conducting inventory for accuracy. Train new Team Members, coordinate schedules to meet department needs, and provide relief breaks as required. Communicate objectives between management and hourly staff, report safety and policy violations for corrective measures, and assist in maintaining product flow during downtime. Comply with all company and USDA guidelines. This role requires a high school diploma, two years of food manufacturing experience, and basic computer skills including Excel and SAP. The position is a Class 47 management level role on the B shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years' experience in food manufacturing
- Basic computer skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must not have 4 or more attendance points for locations on an 8 point policy (on application date)
- No written warning in the past six (6) months
- No suspension on record for the last 12 months
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
