Formulation Group Leader, 3rd Shift

Formulation Group Leader coordinates Formulation Operators on the manufacturing floor to ensure finished products meet specifications, maintains regulatory compliance and Simtra SOPs, supports quality operations, communicates with management and cross-functional teams, and participates in continuous improvement. Responsibilities include preparing media and buffers, operating CIP/SIP systems, using production equipment (pH and conductivity meters, autoclaves, mixers, scales), monitoring critical process parameters, completing GDP/GMP paperwork, performing routine equipment maintenance, sampling with aseptic techniques, training/mentoring staff, writing and revising documentation, troubleshooting process problems, assisting with validation and data analysis, and coordinating with maintenance/metrology/calibration to ensure preventative maintenance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 6 months of prior pharmaceutical/manufacturing experience; English proficiency is required. Final candidates must pass a post-offer/pre-employment evaluation. Day One benefits are offered.
