Job Summary
Monitor, operate, and maintain two glass syringe forming machines while ensuring compliance with quality systems and safety regulations. Identify and correct dimensional and cosmetic defects according to QC specifications, and maintain equipment per the preventative maintenance schedule. Record accurate inspection data and contribute to continuous process improvement. Provide coaching and on-the-job training to peers as required. Operate inspection and testing equipment alongside other line assets. Work the B shift from 6:00pm to 6:00am with a 13.5% shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and converse in English
- Willing and able to uphold BD Values
- Regular, punctual attendance
- Minimum Education: H.S, Diploma/GED
- Minimum Experience: 5 years manufacturing experience
- Minimum Experience: 2 years mechanical/technical experience
- Use of measurement devices and quality records
- Basic or Simple KSA Proficient/ Working KSA
