Apply safety-minded work ethic and mechanical aptitude to execute flashing, waterproofing, and steep-slope techniques on pitched surfaces with fall-protection systems. Progress through a formal apprenticeship structure toward a specialized historic tradesperson role while earning a starting rate of $25–$40/hr. Receive group health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days, with travel per diem for Midwest project assignments and year-round work opportunities.
