Job Summary
Formation Operator Level III responsible for anchoring battery operations: identifying and connecting polarity cables to batteries, initiating charging, monitoring acid mixing via hydrometer and thermometer, understanding acid mixing equipment and SOP, maintaining calibration of voltmeters, taking readings, and performing quality inspections. Performs setup and operation of rectifiers, updates standard work and production forms, and prepares daily production reports while ensuring correct amp hours and adherence to the Formation Charging Schedule. Requires safety compliance, PPE usage, and production teamwork in a high-growth environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months – 1-year machine operator experience
- Stand-up Lift / Forklift Certification
- Basic computer skills
- Read and understand basic English
- Perform basic math functions
