Job Summary
Be responsible for training apprentices in the central training workshop in Olten. Develop professional and pedagogical educational units, organize and successfully lead various training units with apprentices. Support branch training managers. Candidates should have completed training in ophthalmic optics and possess experience in customer consulting and managing apprentices. Good communication skills are essential, ideally in multiple languages.
Required Qualifications
