Formateur interne Ingénierie - Produits et Systèmes - H/F

Deliver training sessions to internal engineering teams on product principles, design, operation, and maintenance for converters, motors, and control systems. Determine training content and objectives with Engineering and R&D departments, then prepare and update all supporting materials including documents, presentations, and satisfaction surveys. Collaborate with design teams to participate in FATs and contribute to the functional design of training prototypes such as IHMs and control panels. Develop e-Learning modules, internal certifications, and technical solutions to enhance training tools while adapting delivery levels to meet the needs of engineers, technicians, and interns. Organize logistics and manage training resources in compliance with QUALIOPI standards.
