Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise the team of home-care professionals to ensure service quality. Evaluate individual client needs and adapt provided services accordingly. Plan and organize staff schedules to optimize efficiency and coverage. Maintain fluid communication with clients and their families, addressing their inquiries and requirements. Requires a degree in the relevant field, English philology, and CELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certification, plus accredited corporate training experience. Full-time schedule of 25 hours weekly with compensation according to the collective agreement and professional category.
