Job Summary
Form Carpenter responsible for setting forms for concrete applications (footings, walls, paving, SOG, sidewalks), tying rebar in horizontal and vertical configurations, and assisting in placing concrete pours. Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently, work outdoors, and perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling. Emphasizes safety, teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic; background check, drug screen, and physical capacity test are conditions of employment. Wages are based on experience; typical schedule aligns with site hours and travel to job site. Tools provided/required include a toolkit for framing and tying concrete, and standard job-site equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to set forms accurately in all concrete applications including footings, walls, paving, SOG and sidewalks
- Ability to tie rebar in both horizontal and vertical concrete applications
- Assist in placement of concrete pours
