Job Summary
Operates a forklift to move pallets for orders, load containers, and perform inbound/outbound pallet movements as needed. Follows safety, environmental, and operational procedures; conducts pre-operational checks; maintains yard health; handles pallet movements to support production; and reports any equipment damage. Requires 2 years of forklift experience, certification, ability to read and speak English, and basic math skills. Works within warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; emphasizes safety and accuracy in daily tasks; collaborates with a diverse team.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience operating a gas-powered sit-down forklift or diesel-powered forklift
- Must have 2 years’ experience working with forklifts
- Certified on a forklift
- Must be able to speak and read English
- Must be able to do basic math
- Must have experience moving large loads assigned by management
