Forklift / Switch Truck Operator (Utility) - Altavista, VA (2nd Shift)

Conduct receiving operations by creating accurate documentation, performing data entry, and processing inbound pallets through proper procedures. Operate palletizer equipment, shuttle wagons, and switchers safely to load trailers to weight requirements while maintaining efficient case picking, barcoding, and palletizing workflows. Store, pick, or assemble raw materials in the warehouse, verifying commodity numbers, quantities, release statuses, and lot numbers against packaging lists, invoices, and freight bills. Assure all databases are accurately maintained with timely entries, sign Bills of Lading for carriers, and clean finished goods warehouse areas. Adhere strictly to compliance standards including FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies. This role supports the Abbott Nutrition division's mission to deliver science-based nutrition products like Similac and Ensure to millions of families globally.
