Job Summary
Operates industrial forklift, hand lift, and pallet jack to move materials between departments and facilities, ensuring safety and compliance with procedures and USDA requirements. Responsible for loading/unloading shipments, delivering to work areas, stacking materials, performing routine equipment servicing (batteries charging/replacement, tire checks), inspecting for damage, reporting issues to supervision, and maintaining a clean, organized dock and work area. Completes daily/weekly reports, participates in team activities, adheres to BET practices, and supports ongoing process improvements. Industry experience preference for poultry or food processing; military veterans are welcome to join the team.
