Job Summary
Operate powered industrial equipment (stand-up/sit-down forklifts) to load/unload pallets, pick and stage orders, and move products to storage locations. Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping, complete daily equipment inspections, and help ensure safety compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards. Responsibilities include putting away inbound shipments, preparing products for shipment, rotating stock, assisting in physical inventories, and performing additional duties as assigned by management. Requires lifting cases 20-45 pounds repeatedly, passing a forklift driving skills test, and completing forklift training. High-speed manufacturing environment experience is preferred; must be 18+ and able to work in a team, deadline-driven setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months forklift and warehouse experience
- Must pass Forklift Driving Skills test
- 18 years or older
- Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program
- Ability to read, understand and follow instructions and code applicable documents
- Safety: observe and follow health and safety regulations
- Enforces operating instructions and safety policies
