Job Summary
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the manufacturing facility. Safely transport inventory while adhering to all safety protocols and written instructions. This part-time weekend role requires 3+ years of experience with sit-down forklifts and propane, along with a clean background check and drug screening. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a weekly pay rate of $19.50/hr, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K with matching, paid time off, and a steel toe shoe reimbursement program. Located in Bellwood, this first-shift opportunity is accessible via local bus routes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience operating sit-down forklift / propane
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail
- Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
