Job Summary
Operate forklifts to move materials and load/unload trailers while adhering to safety protocols to maintain zero incidents. Hand-sort pallets based on product specs, support production teams, and meet daily goals with accuracy. Practice "Clean as You Go" to keep the workspace tidy and handle physical tasks including lifting up to 70 lbs. Prior forklift experience and certification are preferred, though training is provided. This weekend day shift (Saturday–Monday, 5 am–5:30 pm) is part of Rehrig Pacific's operations team, which manufactures sustainable supply chain solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Prior forklift experience
- Forklift certification
- Familiarity with pallet jacks
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout a shift
- Ability to work well in a diverse team
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
