Forklift Operator (Warehouse Technician)

Job Summary
Safely operate a forklift and manage the transportation of materials within a warehouse setting. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, transporting finished goods, tracking production, and scanning materials. Ability to communicate effectively, maintain quality standards, and issue raw ingredients to production is essential. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with forklift experience preferred, and capability to train new employees. Strong familiarity with computerized inventory systems, teamwork, and multi-tasking skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and/or GED preferred
- Must be able to obtain Alphia certification
- Successfully demonstrated proficiency in working as a level II WH Tech
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience desired
- CDL preferred
- Ability to train new employees on tasks and skills needed to perform for success
- Knowledge and proficiency in Alphia Business Systems as it relates to position
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form
- Ability to receive and provide instructions in a positive manner
- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction
- Ability to multi-task
