Job Summary
Perform inventory control activities, including receiving, issuing, storing, and tracking materials. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and order pickers. Issue materials under proper authorization, verify incoming shipments, and inspect for damage or discrepancies. Process returned materials and prepare shipping documentation while following all safety policies. Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and rearrange storage locations as needed. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with overtime as required. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of experience in inventory control
- Minimum of one year of experience in inventory management
- Minimum of one year of experience in material handling
- Minimum of one year of experience in warehousing
- experience in a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Basic computer skills
- willingness to learn additional software applications
- Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, logistics, and inventory processes
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds
- Successful completion of the required Physical Ability Test (PAT)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work for extended periods
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable working in heat, cold, rain, and other environmental conditions

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management software (such as Maximo)
- Preferred experience operating Wheel Loader / All-Terrain Forklift (up to 16,000 lbs.)
- Preferred experience operating Telehandler (7,000- and 12,000-lb. capacities)
- Heavy equipment or construction equipment experience
