Job Summary
Drive forklifts to move materials, sort and clean produce, repair and flip pallets, and hand load containers while maintaining BRC compliance standards. Perform assigned cleaning projects to ensure the work environment remains clean and fully stocked for the next shift. Communicate effectively across departments, set the next shift up for success, and maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere. Work independently with flexible focus, reading, writing, and speaking fluently in English. Operate equipment continuously, including forklifts, britestackers, and depalletizers, while lifting up to 100 lbs. This role supports Furmano Foods' mission to nourish customers with quality, shelf-stable foods, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

- Must be able to drive Forklift
- Must have full peripheral vision and depth perception
- Basic math
- Must be able to lift 100lbs
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- Must be able to flip pallets with or without assistance
- Must be able to drive forklift – move materials
- Must be able to perform Q.C. Projects—sorting, cleaning, stripping
- Must be able to hand load containers
- Must be able to maintain a clean work environment throughout shift
- Must be able to set the next shift up for success
- Must be able to maintain effective cross-departmental communication
- Must be able to perform all other jobs assigned by supervisor
- Must be able to maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by acting, communicating and helping co-workers
- Must be adaptable and flexible—able to change focus quickly and often
- Must be able to work 2nd shift - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday
- Must be able to work Saturday
- Must be able to work 12 hours Shifts
- Must be able to attend Specific Training 1st shift 7am-3pm for up to 17 days
