Job Summary
Operate a forklift to move materials and pallets across a pallet-manufacturing facility; responsibilities include transporting raw materials and finished pallets, supporting production by addressing bottlenecks, performing basic equipment maintenance, completing pre-shift startup checklists, maintaining organized inventory yards, and documenting production records; follow forklift safety rules and participate in CI/safety programs; requires at least 18, basic math/inventory knowledge, and forklift licensing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 9th grade education; high school diploma or GED preferred but not required; forklift driving experience preferred; must be at least 18 years old; forklift licensing process; working knowledge of basic math and inventory techniques preferred
