Job Summary
Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse. Use RF scanners to track, verify, and log inventory movement while printing and applying shipping labels with correct information. Stage, organize, and transport goods to support export and air freight operations, performing palletization according to company standards. Confirm labeling, counts, and storage locations to ensure inventory integrity and maintain accuracy in all documentation. Assist with general warehouse operations as needed and adapt to shifting priorities to keep daily workflows running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Prior forklift operating experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must meet STA (Security Threat Assessment) requirements
- Must be able to speak English
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift heavy items
- Must wear steel-toed boots
Desired Qualifications
- Sit-down forklift (electric or propane) experience
- RF scanner experience and knowledge of printing labels
- Export and air freight experience
- Fast learner with a good attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
