Job Summary
Forklift Operator role in Spartanburg, SC for a long-term, rotating shift position. Responsibilities include operating gasoline, liquefied gas, or electric powered industrial trucks to move and lift pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials; positioning forks and lifting devices; unloading and stacking material; inventory support; routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating, recharging batteries, filling fuel tanks, or replacing liquefied gas tanks. Requires a minimum of 3 years of current forklift experience in petrochemical/industrial/manufacturing environments, a strong safety mindset, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and clear communication. Candidate must be craft certified or able to pass a craft test and must successfully complete background checks and pre-employment drug screening. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of continuous and current experience as a Forklift Operator in a petrochemical, industrial, or manufacturing environment
- Craft certified or possess the ability to pass a craft test
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and other qualifications as required
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
