Job Summary
Forklift Operator on the 2nd shift at DHL Supply Chain. Responsibilities include moving stock within a warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, and operating equipment such as stand-up counterbalance and reach truck as well as electric pallet jacks. Role duties include loading/unloading, keeping records for inventory accuracy, and adhering to OSHA/MSDS standards. The position runs 5:00pm–3:30am, Monday–Thursday, with a $21.00 per hour pay and a monthly productivity incentive bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement. Required qualifications include a forklift operator certificate or completion of a forklift-training program within 30 days, High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred), and six months of warehouse and forklift operation experience. The environment is team-oriented, fast-paced, and safety-focused.
