Job Summary
Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using various types of forklifts or other power equipment 80% of the shift. Pull and prepare product for shipment, verify load accuracy, and check stability and damage. Keep appropriate records for inventory accuracy and maintain equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Complete daily equipment inspections, change batteries or LP tanks as necessary, and assist in physical inventories. Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards. Work the second shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, earning $23.50 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
- Six months forklift operation experience
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- Six months warehouse experience, preferred
- A minimum of 6 months operating a forklift
